Our system's Status Reports offer real-time updates on Subject and Responder activity, including:
Each questionnaire will remain open until the project administrator closes it. The due date is not stored within the system; it's only provided in your email notifications as guidance for responders. The decision to extend the due date or close the project lies with the project administrator.
The due date for responding is not automatically recorded in the system. You will specify the due date in your email notifications to provide your Responders with a clear time window and a sense of urgency. If you need to extend the due date, you can easily schedule another Reminder email to notify Responders of the extension.
Extending the project can be done by scheduling another reminder email to inform responders about the new due date.
With Panoramic Feedback re-generating 360-degree feedback reports does not incur additional costs. You expend only one assessment credit per person assessed at a given time. You have the freedom to re-generate individual feedback reports as many times as necessary. Additionally, including the same subject in a group report does not result in extra charges.
An assessment credit is deducted per subject when the system compiles their results for the very first time. This includes generating an interim or final report or creating an interim or final export file. Once a credit is deducted, there will be no further deduction for the same Subject if you generate any additional reports. You only spend one credit per person assessed at one time.
Each questionnaire will remain open until the project administrator closes it. Typically, this is done by generating a final 360 report. However, if a report isn't intended to be compiled for a specific Subject, their questionnaire can be closed by switching the status of the Subject to 'inactive'.
To ensure confidentiality, the system mandates a minimum of three responses per responder category, excluding Self and Supervisor. When this threshold isn’t reached, it will result in the merging of categories, presenting the feedback as a unified group in the 360 report. If, however, after merging all available categories, there are still fewer than three responses, they will be omitted from the report.
No, feedback from the Subject of feedback (Self) is never included in averages. Feedback from Self is always presented separately. Subjects cannot influence the overall results by their own ratings.
You may have several responder categories in your project, but prefer (perhaps to enhance anonymity) not to display narrative comments divided by categories in your reports. Here's how to group them into one pool. Go to the REPORTS tab -> “Responder Categories” sub-tab. Select “Allow Comment Display“ for the “Combined Responders” and “Self” categories. Un-select “Allow Comment Display“ for any other category.
360-degree feedback reports can be generated and downloaded by the project administrator (on the REPORTS tab).
Enterprise edition provides an additional capability: the ability to automatically generate 360-degree feedback reports and deliver them directly to each subject using the Automatic Report email feature. Just ensure that you specify a suitable Profile for your reports.
Comparison with previous results: If you want to measure progress by comparing the Subject's results with her/his ratings in a previous year, or at the beginning of a now-completed course, you'll need to add an OLDSAC column to your import file of Subject data.
Comparison with the group average: To compare the Subject’s ratings with the average of ratings of everyone in the project, simply choose "Group Average". Or choose "Percentile" to compare with the rating of those who fell within a chosen percentile in the Project.
Yes, you can re-open a closed questionnaire by changing the Subject's status back to 'active'.
Yes, you can export raw data into a spreadsheet and use the data for further statistical analyses.
Group Reports (Enterprise edition) summarize results for an entire project (or multiple identical projects), providing a strategic overview. These reports offer insights into the organization as a whole, presenting information that might otherwise be inaccessible. Group Reports achieve this by compiling all the ratings received for all Subjects.
