Typically, 10-15 Responders are invited to provide feedback. These individuals are selected based on their familiarity with the Subject in work settings and their ability to offer meaningful and constructive feedback.
Please note that the system will compile feedback for each responder category, and to maintain confidentiality of each group, a minimum of three replies per category (except Supervisor and Self) is required. Therefore, you may want to ensure that there are an adequate number of Responders in each of your categories to meet this requirement.
Responders can be entered (a) by a project administrator – either manually or by uploading a list of people, or (b) by inviting Subjects to input their Responders online via the Subject Portal.
Yes. "Status by Subject" displays the individuals selected to provide feedback for each of the Subjects. It also indicates which of these individuals have already completed the questionnaire.
"Status by Responder" displays the number of questionnaires each Responder has been asked to complete.
The Status Report displays in real-time which individuals have already submitted feedback, along with the timestamp of their submissions. Additionally, the status report provides an overview of the overall progress, as well as the progress for each Subject individually.
No, Responders are not obligated to complete feedback in one session. Panoramic Feedback accepts partial feedback submissions. (However, it is important to note that unless all required questions are answered, partial feedback will not be included in the 360 report.)
Yes, a Responder can log in at any time while the project is still open to review, edit, and then re-submit their previously submitted feedback as needed.
Yes. You can assign additional Responders at any time. To send an invitation to new Responders, simply re-schedule your original Responder Catalyst email.
At any time, you can remove a Responder from the Subject's responder list by changing the Responder's category to ‘None’. Once this change is made, no further email notifications will be sent to this individual.
Even if a Responder has already provided feedback, once you change their responder category to ‘None’, their feedback will not be included in the 360 report. (You can re-select the same person later, if necessary. In this case, their previous response will be re-instated, ready to be counted in the report.)
Yes, at any time, you can change a Responder's category, on the PEOPLE tab.
Even after a Responder has responded, you can change how her/his response will be reported.
Panoramic Feedback offers you the flexibility to use any responder categories that suit your organization. While the default/suggested categories include Supervisor, Direct Reports, Peers, Others, and Self, you have the freedom to customize these default categories or add/remove categories to align with your specific needs.
Each PID, or Personal ID, is generated by the system when a person is assigned as a Responder to a specific Subject. If a person is invited to assess multiple Subjects, they will receive a few PIDs, one for each Subject they've been asked to assess.
It's crucial to understand that a PID goes beyond a simple password. Each PID is unique and serves to identify the feedback provides by a specific Responder for a specific Subject. This is why PIDs must never be shared, as doing so may compromise the confidentiality of the feedback.
Once all your Responders have been selected, Panoramic Feedback will automatically invite people to respond, via scheduled autoemails. To design and schedule your emails, navigate to the EMAILS tab.
The Panoramic Feedback platform will handle the sending of your invitations and reminders. Each email will include a link to the Responder page as well as the individual's PID(s).
When you de-select a person as a Subject, neither they nor their Responders will be removed from the People List. Their information will remain in the system.
However, please be aware that if the Subject had received responses prior to being de-selected, those responses will be irreversibly lost.
Please exercise caution when deleting records from your People List. If you delete a Subject, all associated information will be permanently removed, including their personal details, assigned Responders, and any feedback submitted for that Subject. Please note that deleted Subjects (along with all associated information) cannot be restored.
Certainly! Responders have the flexibility to submit feedback using their smartphones or tablets.
