On the EMAILS tab, click next to the email you wish to re-send to select it. Then, from the "More Actions" dropdown on the grid, choose "Re-send emails". On the next page, you can select the recipient(s) to whom you want the email re-sent. The re-sent emails are sent out instantly.
Benefits:
- Resend to individuals who misplaced the original email.
- Send to newly added or corrected email addresses after the original emails were dispatched.
- Resend when the original email was initially rejected or quarantined by the recipient's mail server.
- Send out an Auto Email immediately, rather than waiting for the next scheduled dispatch.
Warning:
- We don't recommend using the "Re-send emails" feature for Responder Reminder emails, as it simply resends the email without checking if a PID has already been completed. This could result in sending reminders to those who have already submitted their feedback, potentially causing confusion among responders. The best practice is to let the system handle all Responder Reminders through scheduled delivery.
