How Do I Deliver An Email Immediately?

On the EMAILS tab, click next to the email you wish to re-send to select it. Then, from the "More Actions" dropdown on the grid, choose "Re-send emails". On the next page, you can select the recipient(s) to whom you want the email re-sent. The re-sent emails are sent out instantly.

Benefits:

    • Re-send to individuals who misplaced the original
    • Send when you have added or corrected email addresses after emails were dispatched 
    • Send when server problems caused the email to be initially rejected
    • Send out an Auto Email today, instead of waiting for the routine non-peak-time dispatch

Warning:

    • We don't recommend using "Re-send emails" on Responder Reminder emails, as this feature simply re-sends the email and does not verify whether a PID has been completed. Therefore, it may include PIDs that were completed after the original email was sent. This could lead to confusion among responders. The best practice is to allow the system to send all Responder Reminders via scheduled delivery.
