The Responder's PID and URL:
- Responder's PID (Personal ID) is the required identification that provides access to a particular questionnaire for a particular Subject.
- Responder's URL is the address at which the questionnaire can be found: www.360respond.com
The Subject's PID and URL:
- Subject's PID: (a) provides a Subject with access to a special Subject Portal to enter his/her Responders, and (b) allows a Subject to access the questionnaire and submit self-assessment.
- Subject's URL is the address at which Subjects can enter their Responders: www.360respond.com/enter
At the bottom of each email is an opt-out address at which the recipient may request not to receive further Auto Emails.
