If you need to add new Subjects or Responders after the initial Responder Catalyst has been sent, follow these steps:
Follow the instructions on the PEOPLE tab to add the new people.
On the EMAILS tab, click "Modify" for your existing Responder Catalyst email to open it. Change its "Send Date" to a future date, then "Save" the change.
Any rescheduled emails are sent only to new addresses. On the rescheduled date, the email will be sent exclusively to addresses that were added or corrected since the original Responder Catalyst email was sent.
Note: Do not create a new email, as it will be be sent to everyone.
