The body text remains the same for all Subjects and Responders. What you write will appear exactly as is for everyone. Therefore, for projects assessing multiple Subjects, it’s not recommended to include specific Subject information in the email body or subject line.
However, if you are assessing only one individual in a project, it is safe to include information specific to that individual.
