The body text does not change from Responder to Responder or Subject to Subject. What you write is exactly what will appear for all Subjects and all Responders. Therefore, including any specific Subject information in your email body or subject line is not recommended for projects assessing multiple Subjects.
However, if you are assessing only one individual in a project, it is safe to include information specific to that individual.
