You can control the order in which the fields of information appear in the People List:

The order in which fields originally appear in the People List grid is controlled by the first time an entry is saved (either by importing a DataBank file, or by entering records manually using "Add New" on the People List grid).

You can always reorganize the order of fields in your People List grid by by dragging and dropping headings of any column.

You can also choose which fields (columns) to display in your People Grid by selecting or deselecting them using the "Column" option on the People List grid.
