What Happens If I De-select An Individual As A Subject?

To de-select a Subject on the People List sub-tab, click "Modify" in the grid to edit the individual's listing. Unselect the "Subject?" check-box. Save the change.

When you de-select a person as a Subject, neither that person nor their Responders will be removed from the People List. Their information remains in the system, so, if necessary, you can re-select them later. However, even if you re-select them as Subjects, their old Responders will not be restored because any submitted responses are deleted when a person is de-selected as a Subject.
